1. Scope and contracting

Each project is governed by an accepted proposal or contract defining functionality, deliverables, price, payment, timetable and support. That document prevails over these general terms.

2. Delivery and cooperation

Work may cover discovery, design, architecture, iterative development, testing and deployment. The client must provide accurate information, lawful content, access and timely decisions.

3. Changes, prices and payment

New functionality or changes to approved requirements may affect cost and timing and require written acceptance. Taxes and payment milestones are stated in the proposal; overdue amounts may proportionately suspend work.

4. Code, third parties and warranty

Ownership and source-code delivery follow the accepted agreement and full payment. Open-source components and external services retain their own licences and terms. Reproducible defects against the agreed scope are corrected during the stated warranty period.

5. Termination, confidentiality and liability

The parties protect confidential information and may terminate for unresolved material breach. Direct foreseeable loss is addressed within applicable law; mandatory liability cannot be excluded. Spanish law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections.
